Hi there!

I'm Abby! I’m the photographer who loves couples, gushing over weddings and milestones, and making sure I pour my heart and soul into every session.

I'm 26, living in Kansas City and grinding hard to make my wildest dreams a reality. My passion for photography started when I was 16 with a Nikon Coolpix camera (don't judge) taking pictures of friends for free. In college, I upgraded my equipment, absorbed every bit of photography wisdom I could, and I established my business, Abby McLain Photography.

Fast forward 7 years, and I'm serving clients across the Midwest and Southeast and soaking up every single moment. I've studied, worked, apprenticed and invested so much into my photography and found my heart was in serving couples and weddings. As of July 2, 2021, I took AMP FULL TIME!

My goal isn't to just be your photographer, but a lifelong friend who can love you and cheer you on in your life's journey. I do so, all while helping document those special moments that come along the way.
